Planting Marigold Seeds for Mother’s Day
Students use recycled milk cartons to plant their marigold seeds, just in time for Mother’s Day. Students stay engaged by collaborating with their teammates, and complete projects on the life cycle of plants.

Pumpkin Day
A fun-filled day to kick-off our Pumpkin Unit in first grade. Students stay engaged through interactive pumpkin-themed centers on this special day!

Each year on National “Read Across America” day, our students celebrate reading by participating in literacy activities around Dr. Seuss texts, and drinking “Grinch Punch!”
